Latam Airlines Group presented on 13th July its new direct flight between Barcelona and Sao Paulo: a Boeing 767 operated by TAM cover from October, three times a week, the journey between the two cities. More than 175,000 passengers fly each year between Barcelona and Brazil. More than 30% of traffic between Spain and the Latin American country in fact has its origin or its destination at Barcelona-El Prat Airport. The movements of travelers between the two countries have grown over the past five years 5% on average, and Barcelona have grown 8% annually in the same period.
