Jordi Roca, the best baker in the world, did not hesitate to accept the challenge of leaving the kitchens of El Celler de Can Roca to develop an exceptional menu for about only diners in a unique scenario: the Himalayas. The expedition led by mountaineer Carlos Soria, who at 76 is the oldest in the world, invited the renowned pastry chef to join their team and design a menu to be cooked high mountains over 7,000 meters high .
