The Asian company signed an agreement with the sports theme park to provide their technological equipment
Open Camp, the theme park dedicated to the sport due to open in June 2016 in Montjuïc, continues to add partners. The latter has been the technology multinational Huawei. The Asian company has signed an agreement with Open Camp to provide the “communications equipment and processes voice and data requires the park,” according to a statement on Open Camp.
Among Huawei technology is tested in Montjuïc “IP telephony voice services closed circuit television IP, IT systems company, Internet access for customers and other support systems exploitation.”
The agreement, signed Tuesday morning at the Olympic Stadium in Barcelona, also states that the Asian company will work in the “test new features or applications” of the park. Huawei also inform the Open Camp “news of its product portfolio and improved maintenance of the equipment installed in the park.”
The vice president of Huawei Enterprise in Spain, Li Xiaoke, emphasizes that the agreement “strengthens the strategy” of the company in “sporting environments,” while the CEO of Open Camp, Paco Medina, said that with the incorporation of the technology company “the park becomes more global.”
