Winter is the time to buy and eat fresh cod in optimal quality. Our Mediterranean diet offers hundreds of ways to cook it. It is a fish prized by gastronomy and also by nutritionists.

One of the richest sea
Everyone knows that fish is a delicacy, which also give us taste, provides many nutritional benefits, but who takes the palm is cod. This is more nutritious than other fish than beef or chicken. It also has less than 3% fat and is composed primarily of polyunsaturated fatty acids omega 3.
Cod stands out as an excellent source of vitamin D, selenium and omega 3 very important nutrients that are not always easy to find in other foods naturally.
