A Russian magnate will transform the estate of Cal Governor of Alella into a luxury hotel
The mediation of the current Marquis d’Alella, Juan Peláez, has been key to unraveling the negotiations held for three years by the young Russian tycoon Vadim Sukharev, with the real estate agent of a Catalan banking entity to acquire the buildings of the Torre del Gobernador.
