The edition of this year will be more practical, fun and participatory
This weekend is the perfect place to learn to make crafts, start with yourself or just eat time. And returning the Handmade Festival (HMF BCN) to the Catalan city, more practical, fun and participatory. Three days (from 8 to 10 April) and over 150 exhibitors from sectors meet & sweet (pastries), DIY and gardening, decorating, thread and paper, as well as 300 activities and experiences that will help you enter the world of ‘ do it yourself (DIY).
The festival, organized by Fira de Barcelona and the creative agency Evident Events, the promoter of culture ‘Do It Yourself’ (DIY) in Spain and the reference of the creative arts in southern Spain. The third annual HMF will have many new features, as claimed by the co-chair salon Evident Events Anna Ventura: “We want to live our audience in an original way and with the five senses DIY experience.” It will also be different because it will be imbued with social character and will host lectures devoted to social and labor integration of people with intellectual disabilities, in addition to presenting projects related to sustainability and creative recycling.
The HMF will be dedicated to different sectors of the world of crafts stands. For lovers of DIY, gardening and decorating, there will also be stands will present new techniques and products, focusing on the world of outdoor gardening and scented candles.
