Barcelona guide has awarded the establishment of chef Rafa Zafra in Born
Ten candidates were restaurants, all open in Barcelona in the last twelve months, to win the award of the first edition of the awards Macarfi Rookie, local guide restoration Barcelona. The second restaurant has been awarded Louis 1856, a new facility located since November in the old factory Moritz with Franco German Jordi Vilà and the stove. Kak Koy, grill master Japanese Koy Shunka Hideki Matsuhisa has taken the third position.
Have also received recognition the Alvart restaurants, the gourmet Catalan cuisine and world Ayuso young Àlvar; La Mundana, the winery Josper Alain Guiard and Marc Martin in Sants; Libertine, Tet and Elephant Crocodile Monkey, culinary trident Hotel Casa Bonay led by Argentine chef Estanis Carenz; among others.
