Inside the Fira de Barcelona and from 8 to 9 July will be held the ” Free From Food Expo ” which celebrates its 5th edition. It is the annual ” Free Trade of Food ” and ” Functional Foods ” event.
Who is this fair?
The target audience is professionals in the food industry, that is, it encompasses wholesalers, distributors, food services and catering.
During the event, different conferences are held that address issues such as trends and developments in the gluten-free food market, innovations to offer intolerant consumers and allergic solutions, leanings and novelties in lactose-free products and consumer behaviors that can not consuming it and tendencies of the food market in general, among others.
One of our dairy and dessert suppliers, CHR Hansen, will be present at the event.
