Artur Ramon Art Gallery exhibition ‘Memory and Desire’, which brings together for the first time pieces of religious iconography, modernism and contemporary until March 14th

The exhibition “Memory and Desire” presents 15 works dedicated to public and private collections. The head of the gallery, Artur Ramon, said that “we succeeded in a tour of seven centuries of history through unique objects, they are both the artistic and the historical significance.”
Works by Sebastian Herrera, Francisco Plan, known as the Vigatà, Ramon Casas, Miquel Barceló and Isidro Nonell are willing to converse with each other. “The intention is to recreate the atmosphere of a museum,” adds Ramon.
Art sacred and profane
The visitor will find some works of religious art, a terracotta plaque of Jesus the sixteenth century polychrome sculpture of Christ School Burgos thirteenth century, a key Flemish Gothic or embroidery representing history of childhood Moses.
