100% electric scooter Catalan will be sold in 2017
The catalan goverment, Barcelona City Council and four Catalan companies (Volta, Scutum, Torrot and Rieju) signed today an agreement to create the Industrial Consortium of Electric Moto Catalana, which will manufacture and sell the scooter within two years .
