On 7th and 8th November, the Barcelona International Walk proposed routes 20 and 30 km
The Barcelona International Walk proposes two walks to publicize Barcelona and its surroundings to both those, who live there as those who visit it. Departures are scheduled for Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November.
Specifically, on November 7th will be two routes. One is the 30 km that will leave the depot Sants, through Castell de Montjuic, Paseo de la Zona Franca, Plaza Maria Cristina Pedralbes Monastery, the Tower of Collserola, Parc Guell, Plaza Francesc Macia and ending at Saints. And the other is 20 kilometers, which will pass the Castle of Montjuic, Paseo de la Zona Franca, Plaza Maria Cristina, Garden Hill Putxet, Park Guell and Plaza Francesc Macia to finish well at Saints.
Moreover, on 8th November, the 30 km route will start from El Papiol (it was with coach) will pass Vallpineda Santa Cruz Olorda Cervantes Park and Camp Nou to reach Sants Train Station. And the 20 km route will this last point and go to the quarry, Plaza Francesc Macia Square Sarria, St. Peter Martyr, the Cervantes Park, Camp Nou, and arrive at Saints.
In the four main routes sections are combined urban and rural sections, with significant drops in some cases. Established various refreshment points, checkpoints, services and healthcare along all routes. Registration and participation
To participate, you must register via the link form. The price is 10 € if done previously (13 € if it is done the day of the race). The coach transfer to Papiol will cost € 6.
Participation is not competitive, each person walks at their own pace and are advised not to run. Just keep in mind that there is a time limit for the arrival and timetables for access to checkpoints and supplies that must be respected.
