Carlos Checa is the artistic director of this grouping created with the aim to providing additional training in musical education that young people receive it through an orchestral practice. “Cities like New York, Paris, Rome, Berlin and London already had a young orchestra also believed that Barcelona deserved to have one,” said Checa.
