The French-owned technology company Toro Development has moved its headquarters from Taiwan to Barcelona to be close to your target market, Europe. The company had a turnover of 1.3 million euros in 2015, 60% more than two years ago, and has 30 workers in Barcelona, although the idea is to increase staff during the year.
